OverviewTRA Certification Int'l is a third party registrar. TRACI offers professional services to assist you in determining whether your Quality Management Systems meet the requirements of the appropriate ISO standards and whether the requirements have been effectively implemented. All organizations shall have access to the services of TRA Certification Int'l. The assessment process is impartial and non-discriminatory and all decisions are based on objective evidence of conformity and independent review. TRA Certification Int'l reviews its operations and procedures to assure continuing impartiality and absence of conflict of interests. The company which makes a commitment to achieve registration to one of the ISO Standards will usually organize internally their policies and procedures manual based upon the selected standard. The company then plans and implements these policies and procedures based upon the selected standard. Specifically, TRACI can help to clarify various issues during a pre-assessment for those person(s) who are charged with the responsibility of writing the policies and procedures. ISO 9000In cooperation with NQA-USA this Registration is available in all scopes as listed above. ISO 14001 TRACI offers registration, in cooperation with NQA-USA, to the ISO
14001:2004 sector scheme for companies wishing or requiring registration
to this
environmental
management
standard. It is available as a stand alone registration or in conjunction
with the ISO 9001 registrations. TL 9000 The telecommunications industry is both dynamic and challenging to the designers and manufactures of associated products. Here, TRACI also offers registration, in cooperation with NQA-USA, to the TL 9000 sector scheme for companies competing within this industry. We were among the first registrars to participate in this progressive arena. Registrations are available in all three segments of this industry – hardware, software, and service. ISO 13485ISO 13485 Medical Device Standard is the common denominator for international compliance. ISO 13485 outlines a set of processes and confirms a level of performance that validates a Manufacture's Quality Management System. Organization can register or be in compliance to ISO 13485 as a stand a lone or in conjuncation with ISO 9001 Registration or "Compliance Assessment." ISO 14064ISO 14064 is a series of three standards providing requirements and guidance for greenhouse gas management systems. Part I contains guidance at the organizational level for quantifying and documenting greenhouse gas emissions and removals within the organizational or operational boundaries. This document defines what is needed to determine the greenhouse gas inventory of the organization. Part II contains the requirements to develop, define and initiate a greenhouse gas project. These general guidelines may be used for a wide array of projects to reduce emission or implement a removal program. Part III establishes methodology for third party verification of greenhouse gas management systems, monitoring and reporting as well as validation for project proposals. Together, these three documents provide a framework to assess, evaluate , monitor and manage and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. For other standards see NQA-USA. • Pre-Assessment - An optional assessment of the organization systems by qualified auditors that identified areas needing further development or improvement. • Document Review – A detailed assessment of the effectiveness of the policies and procedures documents in preparation for the on-site assessment. Details of discrepancies found within the documented system are communicated to the client in writing for corrective action before proceeding with the on-site assessment. • The On-Site Assessment – takes place on your premises and (if applicable) at remote site locations. Assessment observations and findings are reported verbally both during, and on completion of the assessment. A written report is made to the client within 30 days. The Lead Auditor’s recommendation is also made known to the client during the closing meeting. • Certificate Issuance – Upon favorable review of the Registration and completion of the assessment, TRACI, in cooperation with NQA-USA, issues a three year certificate and processes the registration. Surveillance Assessment – An annual or bi-annual evaluation of the continued effectiveness of the quality management system on the client’s premises, scheduled in advance. |
